Marriage can wait: Preeti Desai

Model-actress Preeti Desai says she doesn’t feel insecure when her actor boyfriend Abhay Deol romances other actresses in the films.

Preeti, 29, said doing an intimate scene in her Bollywood debut ‘Shor in the City’, helped her cope up with these things.

“Maybe if I wasn’t an actress and if I hadn’t done that I would have been insecure. But since I have done an intimate scene in my first film, I know it is part of the job,” told Preeti.

“I think it is nice to admire other people. Why would you get jealous,” she said.

As for marriage, Preeti doesn’t see it happening in the near future. “I feel like I am just starting off with this right now, I want to achieve so much. We are happy and secure with each other… Marriage is a full time job and I need to be ready for that part of my life, but right now I just want to do good work,” the actress said.

Abhay has always been lauded for his acting abilities and Preeti looks upto him as an actor. She said she was initially intimidated to work with him.

Gunday song Asalaam e Ishqum: Priyanka Chopra’s sizzling act fails to save this thanda track

The new song from Gunday – Asalaam e Ishqum is out and though its a delight to watch Ms Chopra’s hot avatar, the song somehow didn’t impress us much

The makers of Gunday have released another song Asalaam e Ishqum which features Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor. Sung by Bappi Lahiri and Neha Bhasin, this club number is quite thanda. While the video of this track is a visual treat thanks to PeeCee – who looks smoking hot – but otherwise Bappi da and Neha’s jugalbandi doesn’t seem work. Ranveer and Arjun also appear in the video for a brief time. While Deepika Padukone’s alleged boyfriend looks great with Priyanka, Arjun on the other hand fails to sizzle in this number. Even when he dances with PeeCee, the Kapoor lad looks a bit uncomfortable. As far as the song is concerned, disco king Bappi da and Neha have sung their parts well but fail to make an impact together. After hearing  Tune maari entriyaan, Jiya, Jashn-E-Ishqa andSaaiyaan, Asalaam e Ishqum is a big let down.

Gauhar, Kushal in love post Bigg Boss unlike Tanisha, Armaan

It didn't take a month or a week for reality show 'Bigg Boss' contestant Tanisha Mukherjee to deny her relationship with co-contestant Armaan Kohli.

As soon as the finale shoot was wrapped up reporters present at the set were chided by Tanisha for asking about her affair with Armaan.

Very conveniently and skillfully she camouflaged her on-camera physical intimacy as just 'good friendship'.

Another couple who grabbed headlines for their romance in 'Bigg Boss 7' is Gauhar Khan and Kushal Tandon.

In contrast to Tanisha's reaction about Armaan, Gauhar was a cool customer when asked future with Kushal.

Gauhar Khan, who won the popular reality show, says she will not lie about her relationship with her co-contestant.

In an interview to an Indian news channel the model-turned-actress says, "My relationship with Kushal is what it is. I am not going to camouflage it or lie about it outside the Bigg Boss house."

The actress added, "We came on the show, we became friends and we fell in love, and I don't have to lie about it at all."

She gives Kushal the credit of keeping her sane in the mad house for 104 days.

"I gave more than 100% in the past 15 weeks and I am really proud of it. I did whatever I felt is right and stood by it," she said.

"It was also because of Kushal that I was able to survive for so long. He gave me strength when I needed it. I really appreciate what he did for me during the show."

The couple performed to a romantic number during the finale and audience went gaga over their chemistry.

Kushal couldn't hold his emotions and kissed Gauhar on her forehead when she came running up to him.

After declaring the winner the contestants were allowed to enter the Bigg Boss house for one last time and even then Gauhar didn't let go of Kushal.

While the housemates posed for a photograph with the host Salman Khan, Gauhar was by Kushal's side.

During the show Gauhar came across as a headstrong girl and even walked out when she felt that Kushal's sudden elimination was unfair.

On every occasion Gauhar criticised and judged for being outspoken and justifying her act but she was not defensive for being 'opinionated'.

Pakistani actress Veena Malik's Dubai wedding album

Bollywood actress from Pakistan, Veena Malik got married to compatriot singer/model and businessman Assad Bashir Khattak in Dubai. 

The newlyweds smiled for the cameras at their ‘private’ reception at Dubai Creek’s Stake House.

While the groom Asad looked quite dapper in a black tuxedo with dark shades, Veena went for an demeanour look with a simple white peshwas with red and gold accents.

After many hoax and publicity stunts the starlet seems to have actually tied the knot this time, with a Nikkahnama (signed in courts in Dubai) and an approving father.

Due to her mother’s poor health, Veena’s nikkah was rushed, but her new husband promised her a white wedding in the States. Few wedding functions will also be held in Pakistan.

The actress wants to invite Salman Khan for her reception along with few of her friends from Bollywood.

The starlet broke the news of her wedding on Twitter: "I have found my Soul mate.... my Friend...my Partner!!!" She also tweeted images on the social networking site.

She then went on and on professing about her love for her husband on Twitter (why Twitter? Wasn't he around?).

Khattak is into steel business and splits his time between Dubai and the US. 

The newly-wed couple is slated to head to Saudi Arabia for Umrah next month. 

Veena also posted few pictures on Twitter having a good time with her husband in Dubai Mall.

In 2013, she was also seen in films like Zindagi 50:50 and south film Dirty Picture: Silk Sakkath Maga.

Veena shot to fame after her participation in the controversial celebrity game show Bigg Boss season 4.

There she was linked to fellow contestant and Bollywood actor Ashmit Patel with whom she had reportedly got very close and intimate.

After the show got over problems surfaced in their relationship.Veena also gave rise to controversy when she appeared nude on FHM magazine cover.

Bigg Boss 7: Were Tanishaa Mukherji and Armaan Kohli really found naked inside the house?

There are a lot of reports about the Bollywood’s two forgotten actors being caught naked on cameras. But are they true?

However our source begs to differ and says that nothing like this has happened. “Kushal entered the house as it was scheduled. These rumours about Tanishaa and Armaan are completely baseless. With 84 prying cameras capturing every move of the contestants, how can something like this ever happen on the show?” says our source.

Amitabh Bachchan to work with Vidhu Vinod Chopra again

Amitabh Bachchan has confirmed that he is doing Vidhu Vinod Chopra's next production. The story which is apparently very close to Chopra's heart is in the development stages and he has handed the directorial reins of the project to Bejoy Nambiar who had earlier directed Shaitan and David. Bachchan had earlier worked in Chopra's 2007 drama Eklavya: The Royal Guard. The actor had played Eklavya, a fiercely royal guard whose only aim was to protect Devigarh, a centuries old citadel in Rajasthan, its dynasty, and the king. The project was produced and directed by Chopra. The director-producer is currently producing the Aamir Khan starrer P.K. with Rajkumar Hirani and has wrapped up the shooting of his first Hollywood project Broken Horses.
